Starting in 1963 Berg Construction opened its doors as a custom home builder. Developing a reputation for quality and craftsmanship, the company discovered that the key to success was skilled workers.

Beginning with a core work crew of talented carpenters, adding a wide range of tried and true subcontracting firms, and managing them with a keen eye to the bottom line, Berg has managed to diversify into a company that has weathered 40 years of construction ups and downs.

Today we are proud of how well the company has prospered in a sometimes volatile industry, and expect the firm to go another 40 years. Our customers know that in a year or two or three, we'll still be here to handle a problem or answer a question.

While Berg Construction Services has continued to build homes, they also offer their services in other ways. We are a subcontractor to a number of area buildings. Berg contracts out labor for over 50 homes annually. As the company grew, we also branched out into light commercial work. The company has provided professional construction management, general contracting and carpenter labor for various commercial projects. We also have in house capabilities to use a design build approach that insured your project to be on budget and on schedule. In 2001, Vintage Builders joined our staff and offers quality built reproductions of period homes, multi-faceted remodels and additions and exquisite lake cottages. This gave us the opportunity to provide you with a higher level of services and resources in the industry.
